Once it has been formed will this wire hold its shape well or is it too soft to do I am considering using it as the nose wire in a face mask. ?

If you are using it as a face mask, it should hold up well.

What are the possibilities for this wire ?

A bendable wire, the wire is soft enough to be bent easily. In my opinion, it won't be strong enough to hold your items if you use it as a door hanger (long-term).

Do I have the option to sodder the wire pieces ?

It is very difficult to solder aluminum without special torching techniques and/or special fluxes. Copper is much easier to solder, which makes it more appealing to the casual hobbyist.

Will this be sturdy enough to keep its straightness and not bend when used as a beaded cigarette holder?

It doesn't look like it would be sturdy enough to withstand an earthquake,

When you bend, be careful

If you wish to bend this wire into something, it is a very good choice. However, it does not take to many bends, so you will only be able to bend it once. You only have to do it It is likely that practicing will waste some of your time.
