They have amazing clarity, so I would say they are extruded. My epoxy and vinyl glue tend to work best with sheets that are at least 2 inches wide and 1/8 inch thick. It would make a great gift to give them. Here is a link I hope will help.
The Cricut is the machine I use to cut. A third option would be to use stickers and then seal them with epoxy or resin, while another would be to use a paint swatch for the background and then add designs on top. Many tutorials can be found
While the recommended thickness of the material for the cricut is 2mm, this will still work just fine.

These were purchased to sublimate and give out as gifts. The price of the product is reasonable, first of all. That doesn't seem to be an issue. In terms of sublimation, this took me a few tries before I was able to master it. I am content with my situation, although not extremely happy. In some cases, the sublimation can occur in a few seconds. The acrylic will melt at higher temperatures and even at lower temps.

Those are the things I bought to stuff gift bags for a wedding I'm in, and so far they're working out I had to replace one acrylic disk because it was dented and broken, but other than that, I have no complaints. They have a nice touch with the tassels.
I had to make keychains with these, and it was my first time to do so, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to do! When removed, the protective film showed the acrylic hadn't been damaged at all. In fact, a couple of them looked badly scratched, however. I like how smooth the sides are and how strong the chain seems. It would be good if there were more jump rings because that would allow you to connect the tassle to more than one disc with the jump rings, but I can understand why they only give a set number.
