For my resin keychains, this was exactly what I needed. I produce a small number of items. Other hooks would crack due to the thinness of the pieces. Even my thicker PCs would be cracked by them. This threaded, spear (what is the name of that part, anyway?) ) is extremely thin, allowing it to be used on computers that are much thinner than usual and leaving a very small footprint. br>Insert at the appropriate time (approximately halfway through the curing process - These are easy to put in (they have a gummie bear consistency). Almost instantly, you'll become one with the resin. (At this point, the resin is self-healing, so it simply sucks it in and makes room for it. ) This allows it to hold pcs that are slightly larger/heavier than if I waited until I needed to drill a hole. br>However, for regular, everyday use, I recommend using your lightest, most delicate pieces. But keep in mind that you can go a little further than usual if necessary. br>I'm in love with these! br>Pictures show both my thinnest PCs and the regular PCs I use with them.
The screws are mostly in good shape (there are a few that aren't so good). It's the container that's the issue. This isn't the right place for such small items! They were all jumbled up when I received it. I quickly realized it's because when the lid is closed, it doesn't rest on the separator tabs, leaving a gap large enough for them to slip through. And, as with all removable tabs in my experience, it's easy to lift them just slightly enough to mix the screws. br>br>They would be fine if the container was redone to address these issues; I just don't want to have to rely on tiny screws all of the time!.
These were purchased with the intention of making ornaments out of them. They're slightly larger than I anticipated, but they'll suffice. The small plastic box in which they are packaged is an added bonus. Despite the fact that I didn't require this many hooks, the price was lower than the alternatives. The dark silver has a nice look to it.
I ultimately decided to purchase a more durable screw pin; after trying a few (even with a pre-existing pre-existing pre-existing pre-existing pre-existing pre They all broke off in the resin piece after being drilled a hole in it. I can only use these if I prepare them ahead of time. If that was the case, I should have just bought eye pins and drilled a larger hole and set the pin with glue.
They've all moved to the front holders, so be careful when opening the box; they'll fall out all over the place. Simply lay a towel down to protect your vacuum from being damaged if you drop something on the floor. Overall, I'd recommend it!.
I make dollhouses and furniture for them. These look great on the porch swing that I used them on. It's great that the kit comes with so many colors to choose from. When I used them, I made sure that they were clean before I used them. A 1mm pilot hole was drilled. You'll be able to compare the sizes as a result of this.
The thread was silky smooth, and it simply got the job done. I haven't discovered any defective hooks in this set yet, so it's a great value for the money.
These are what I bought to hang small, light-weight items. (in pounds) ) signs made of wood They do it on their own. a lot of tapping Because the threads aren't very deep, they can't get a good grip on the wood. I can only use them on the tiniest of items, and even then, I'm afraid they'll pull out.
