With these cord crimp ends you get an easy way to finish the end of your necklace and add a stylish hook and eye closure in one step.

This antiqued brass is finished with a gold leaf patina.

A cap of this size will fit cord up to 2 millimeters This cord necklace will be perfect for the newest leather, pleather, silk, and satin

By inserting the trimmed end of the cord completely through to the end of the bead, and flattening firmly the center section crimp with fine chain nose pliers, you are done. A pair of cutting pliers is NOT recommended for this project.

In order to add extra security, especially if the cord is thinner than 2mm, put one or two drops of GS Hypo Cement into the tube prior to inserting the cord and flatten as much as possible the center. Also available are small diameter cord ends as small as 1mm and large diameter cord ends as large as 4mm.

I have found these cord ends to be the best so far. The crimping tool can be used to easily tighten them and they hold When crimped, the metal is strong and does not crumble.
