Are you able to use it on metal? Are you more likely to choose gold or silver?

The markers I used for mine were hardened tool steel and knife blades, so marking gold and silver would be a snap.

This product can be used to decorate or customize a wide range of materials such as metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, and I don't think it will be easy to engrave on stone, but it should be fine on coral and shells.

An engraved titanium ring with a diameter of 4mm is what I am looking for. What is the likelihood of this product working for that purpose?

The ones I use work perfectly and I engrave marble, terrazzo, glass, wood, and more! Picking out the right bits is all there is to it

This engraving pen's size is good, and you can simply hold it like a pen and you'll have no trouble using it. It is easy to control the speed with the switch, so you can work smoothly and easily. The engraving heads are available in 36 different sizes and the stencils are 16 different sizes. My glasses can be customized in endless ways with these stencils, and I can also use them on my acrylic nails, they are perfect for me. My recommendation is to buy this product.
