What a wonderful little machine! This machine is fantastic; it cleans clothes thoroughly (and we live on a farm, so we get dirty a lot)

The footprint is quite small. The spin cycle is fantastic - When you put your clothes in the dryer, they're almost dry, which cuts down on drying time significantly.

I only have a working washer for the time being because the dryer is 240 volts. Oh, and the power cord is optional. I'm extremely disappointed.

It's been a nightmare waiting for an investigation and refund for the lack of a to z service

This is a nightmare situation. It is the buyer's responsibility to be cautious. I have all of the missing parts, as well as a new drill to properly install the non-included parts (cord and entire dryer kit). A $200 fee is charged for the removal and installation of a broken washing machine. I'm glad I refused, and I'm content to spend more than that on what I required.

This is a fantastic machine

In a 24-hour period, I was able to put this together. inch- In the den, there is a large closet. We were tired of climbing and descending the stairs. It's not quite as large as we'd like, but it washes and dries well, and it's a back saver and a high-quality machine, in my opinion.

Excellent for a small space

This is ideal for a two-person family who does not do a lot of laundry. After a few washes, I had to get used to the product's loudness, as well as the banging and parts settling. It can't handle heavy loads and can't keep its balance. In general, it accomplishes my objectives. The product is satisfactory.
