Despite enjoying the washer, I found the delivery process to be a hassle. Leaving curb at the end of the street. I lived in an apartment complex that refused to deliver groceries to my My machine needed to be elevated 21 stairs to the third floor because I live on third floor and couldn't lift it myself.
