There are confusing instructions included in this kit, written in a strange form of broken English but installing this gas oven is simple enough that these instructions can basically be ignored. At the very least, it would be nice if they provided a picture of the proper size gas fittings for installation. Item appears to function as expected for the price this oven is basic and works well for the price. The gas was connected, the plug was plugged into the wall, and the oven was ready to use right away. It is fairly straightforward to use the basic oven functions. It appears as though the rotisserie feature is a huge plus, but we have not tested it yet. There were several other stainless steel units we examined, and some of them cost more than twice as much as this one at seven hundred plus changes/tax, so even if it needs replacing in 5 years we will still have saved some money. Upon providing us with 10 years' notice, there will be no debt.

Their customer service phone line is always a recording and they never The answer to your email inquiries is rarely, and even if they do, they do not explain what you actually asked. As soon as we are ready to install the system, we will find out how easy the conversion to LP is, but I would not recommend purchasing from this company if you think you will require customer service on a regular basis.

It seemed like the plate on the bottom wasn't The rack came with only one shelf. The heater doesn't heat up properly. It is impossible to tell when the oven is ready after it has been preheated. It is not clear what is being said in the manual.

Installation was not very straightforward, but the start up was reliable once the burner was lit. I checked the burner for the first 3 minutes of use. There is a mix-up in symbols between the timer and the chock between the device and the instruction manual.

Customer support and maintenance are not available. The display doesn't work, the lid doesn't hold the temperature, chemical smell during cooking, and the customer service doesn't work. You should not buy this product. I am looking forward to buying another one.
