The electric oven I own is also electric. Several of the heating elements have switched on and off, but I'm not sure how often. Having a thermometer through the window is able to monitor inside of my oven, but it takes around 45 minutes for it to reach its temperature. As well, it will not keep a constant temperature. The heat element is also under the solid steel floor of the oven, which I find curious. My mind has never understood why the oven consists of an exhaust blower that always drains the heat out of the oven. This virtually prevents me from using the oven on hot days. *br>I'm going to junk this thing as soon as I can purchase an "American" made wall oven.
The one I have is equipped with a regulator

The order was placed last year to be able to scale and position the kitchen cabinets according to proper size and location. A few days ago, I tried using it. My pizza was supposed to be baked at 400°F when I followed the instructions. In the pizza setting, the oven would not go over 275 degrees, and in the bake setting, it would not go over 200 degrees I would put roast in the oven. Over 275 degrees is not allowed. I used a baking thermometer to check the temperature. On top, there appears to be an issue with heating the second element. The item would not heat properly no matter what I set for its temperature or for item settings. It is going to be necessary to remove it and replace it with something comparable. Most likely, it will be a Magic Chef. The container will only be able to be thrown in a dumpster once removed.
My oven was installed last night after I took the time to do it. My opinions can be summarized in the following way There are several pros to this Having to install an LPG connection may have taken me some time
I found the inside to be smaller than I had expected, but it fits a turkey perfectly.
There are many confusing sections in the manual. That issue was most likely caused by an erroneous translation into English from some other language. The book didn't specify that you had to set a timer to operate any mode, for instance. A windup 120 min timer is all that is on the timer. My oven had a timer with an inaudible bell.
I ended up voiding the warranty by rewiring the oven to work the way I want it to. My recommendation for this product is to not buy it.
$400 for a new oven to replace the 40 yr old one. The oven takes too long to heat up to the desired temperature. As soon as I put whatever I am baking into the oven, the temperature goes up. The drop is 25 percent My old oven worked 10 times better than this when it reached 50 degrees and did not return! I have a hard time following baking times when I can't maintain an even temperature.
We were pleasantly surprised to find it had arrived so fast (much earlier than it had been That is why we had to have it installed right away. It took my husband and me a little over an hour to install, the process was straightforward, but the space we had to work in was very tight (I guess all built-in wall ovens are this way). As the flame was strong after installation, we did notice the glass getting warm over time. This may be an issue for others that we are not experiencing. I guess we'll see how it works this weekend. We haven't cooked in it yet, but I guess we'll see).
A few days earlier than expected, I received my oven. It was a glass door with a shattered glass, but nothing to worry about. A second one was sent out promptly by the shipper. An oven of this quality would be lovely. As for the price, it was very reasonable. When I explained the broken door to Amazon, they notified the shipper right away. As soon as the shipper reached out, he made contact. Definitely recommend them to others. I am happy with the way I was treated and would definitely use them in the future.
When the unit was opened, it appeared to have been repackaged. With this in mind, the unit was marketed as "new". Glazing on the door was covered with grease marks. Also, it looked as if the unit had been dropped as well as struck by a forklift. The picture of the unit showed a unit which had a fan in it, but the one that arrived was without one. The unit was packaged well and had a dent on the backside. In the end, I have decided to return it rather than accept it for installation.
A dented product was received. Although the box was perfect, it had been dented prior to shipping. Therefore I suspect that the entire product line is based on scratch and dent sales.
