A Galanz representative attempted to schedule a service call in my area and no one answered, so she gave me the phone number to complete the request In my call, I gave my name and number and they told me they would call to set up an appointment. I got in touch with them a week later. A representative from my area is working on finding me someone. I am welcome to contact someone by myself at any time, whether today or next week. Companies who do not take ownership of the goods they sell are those who pass the buck without making the changes. There is a brand new refrigerator that has not It is shameful that Amazon and Galanz do business together. The game room is the place where we bought this refrigerator. As a result, it took us longer to finish than expected, and the fridge did not cool when we plugged it in. A few days later, I got hooked up with Amazon tech support. Each top that came was crushed or worse. I finally put up with the last one that arrived because it had the least damage, but in any case, it was I love it so much! A couple months later, we came into work after the weekend and it was dead. We use it at our auto repair shop and our customers love it. A ruin has been wrought on everything. I have an even worse experience at Galanz! I still had the warranty on it, but I did not get a call back. I have also been unable to find anyone who can service it. You shouldn't take a chance with this, however cool it may look.

Our pantry has been updated with this retro 'fridge. As a result, we plan to use it for beverages to make better use of the kitchen refrigerator space. There is a lot of cuteness in it It has a retro vibe that I love. I found the delivery to be the biggest issue. A total of four false delivery dates was sent to us. Due to the non-answering of their phone, it was difficult to communicate with the delivery service. In good condition, the box was when we finally received the refrigerator. I see no signs of crushing or denting. As we took the refrigerator out of its packaging today, we discovered a large dent on the right side and a smaller dent beside it. The purchase turned out to be very disappointing after waiting so long and being so enthusiastic about it. I plan to update this review after a few weeks to report on the performance of the fridge. I'm very happy with them. The company's nbsp 7 is an example of A Galanz refrigerator with a bottom freezer that is 4 cubic feet exceeded my expectation. While the photos may give the impression that it is really small, its interior is much larger than what it appears in the picture. The mounting feet at the front and the rollers at the rear provide a solid foundation for this cabinet. There is a lot of space in the freezer for a refrigerator this size. The volume of the dometic is much greater than my 8 cubic feet. I like how well made and nice it looks. was not sure I would like the blue color but I am glad I took a chance on it. There is a soft blue hue to this. This is a very pleasing design. Despite the fact that this purchase was delivered right to your home, it stands out the most. They were the best delivery crew I've ever experienced! It was a thorough and efficient job from scheduling to execution. Everything was perfect when it arrived! My purchase couldn't have gone better and I am quite glad that I made the decision to purchase this product. To give anyone thinking about getting this product an overview of its interior size and layout, I attached a video unboxing.
