Despite my understanding of the bum refrigerator, my comprehension of the Galanz customer service is somewhat limited. No one at Galanz seemed to know what the instructions It is not possible for them to pick up or send someone. I am grateful to AmazonPrime who turned around my refund request and contacted a third party to pick up the refrigerator for me. I thought they should have given it a zero.

There is no use of the freezer due to total freezing and inability to defrost

Our office was looking forward to using this, but the freezer section immediately froze over completely, and then will not defrost, and we aren't able to use it. Considering we are a property management company with many fridge issues we troubleshoot on a daily basis, we are familiar with proper fridge procedures. It should be able to work better considering it is brand new.

In any case, any benefits to using this refrigerator are outweighed by the faulty temperature controls. On the back wall of the refrigerator, and just behind and underneath the crisper basket, ice accumulates. I froze my lemons in the crisper because salad oils freeze. You are unable to eat or drink food or drinks since they are too cold. There is no difference in temperature regardless of the settings on the thermostat. Furthermore, I found the manual confusing as to how the temperature can be controlled. The higher numbers indicate a lower temperature and the reverse is also true There is also a temperature setting of 7 that is the coldest setting and a temperature setting of 1 that is the lowest setting According to the article, the temperature setting does not reflect actual temperatures. A variety of temperature settings were tried, and I made sure there was space on both sides and in This refrigerator was defrosted according to instructions (there was an inch thick block of ice beneath the crisper that was 3 to 4 inches tall, and as wide as the crisper itself). In order to get a refund or a replacement, I will be contacting the company. Oh my god, this is so.
