This is the case with mine. Upon touching it, it illuminates, but does not react. I can turn it on and off at the breaker again for a while and it will work again.
The answer is probably no It had to be cut to fit a kitchen ceiling below 8 feet, so we installed it on a lower ceiling as well. Our recommendation would be to avoid it unless you have the tools and skills to do so.
It never occurred to me to look on the manufacturer's website for them. I decided to soak them in degreaser and place them in Until they are back in stock, I will use that fix. The product is good and the value is great, but whatever you do, you need to make sure to use rigid duct tube. There's no point in reading that! The sound you will hear from the range hood will be like hearing jet engines in your ears if you use it. There is no way I could stand that, at least not myself! So there you have it, you've been warned!.
It is really quiet in this Cosmo vent hood that we, just installed. Unlike the microwave vent hood we used prior to remodeling, this one is a nice deal quieter. If you're concerned with matching appliances, it can be easily installed with any brand of appliances, since the Cosmo brand name is not on the front. Despite the fact that this model has white LED displays and cheap charcoal filters, it is still an attractive model. It is a good thing we bought it.
We noticed the hood was not sealed right away after unpacking the item. There's a new one - It was evident that there were gaps between the panels on the sides and the top. In spite of the suction being adequate, it will be returned to the manufacturer because of the poor body assembly, the anticipated grease/air leaks, and the inadequate smoke filter.
An attractive design and an easy to install installation. Whether to replace the aging over the range vent microwave, or to put a hood over it, has been a topic of discussion. Over the range hood, we are happy we opted for this. Our long exhausting research has finally led us to the conclusion that Cosmo's range hoods are the best because they provide lifetime filters and long term warranties, excellent customer service, and an affordable price. The Cosmo 668AS750, 30 inch wall mount range hood did transform the look of our kitchen and complemented our new Samsung stainless steel appliances. Cosmo is local to us here in California (if we need parts or replacement, we receive them in two to three days at a minimum). Installing the system was simple and easy to do (we followed the instructions included in the box, and everything needed to make the installation was included). If you are having new installations or replacing old products, Cosmo's products are highly recommended.

As we started installing it, we realized that there was a large wire that ran through the ceiling right at the point where we needed to go through Upon discovering the problem could be ductless, I ordered the charcoal filters, to my delight, the problem was I really like how it looks and how well it functions. After staying in a ductless microwave/hood fan for a while, we were leery of I like this one! We have recommended the product to others after being very happy with our purchase. It was unclear where the small rubber pads were to be screwed in, but we were able to figure out where they were supposed to be inserted with a call to the company. It turns out that screw heads are already in the holes. I like the customer service a lot!.
I then bought this one and waited with great anxiety for the range hood to arrive. am very impressed by the amount of packaging. Especially the plastic inserts for the handles that were placed on the outside of the box so the box is easy to handle and carry. That seemed like a very positive sign to me. I found to my dismay that the product was completely covered with Styrofoam and that there were plastic corners to protect the hood corners and the sides of the box. In addition, it was completely covered with a blue film to prevent scratches on both inside and outside. The blue film actually looks quite nice, a bit of a touch of contemporary design, so I may leave it on the surfaces to prevent dust and grease accumulation. Upon opening the display, a clear film covers it. Only thing I would suggest is that you cover the area around the display with plastic film to protect it. I found this range hood to be a bit smaller than others I looked at, but it is also lighter, easier to move and carry. I found the installation process to be easy The chimney is supported by two brackets, and the hood by one bracket. Mounting the brackets on the wall was the first step, and then hang the hood was the next. I needed 30 minutes to complete the task. There was an explanation in the manual explaining that one bracket was actually for the hood, but I would suggest adding a section explaining that. There is a reason why the instructions start with how to install the chimney. In order to install the hood and then the chimney, I must know how to do it. It wasn't as clear as it could be from the picture in the manual, so I found it out by looking at it. Getting the range has been an excellent experience, it works great and it looks great! I am VERY satisfied with it.
I found this to be very good for the price. It's pretty easy to It took more time and effort to remove the old, more expensive exhaust hood. It works good and its not as loud as my old German high-end exhaust. I'm satisfied with the result and hope that it lasts as long as my old exhaust did, probably around 5 years. In some cases, the Touch function will not respond. There seem to be some problems with it lately as it suddenly stopped working and you have to press it a few times in order to turn it on again. We have only been here for two days It has already been 3 weeks since it was A lot of work and time would be wasted if it was taken out and sent Controlling the quality of the product should be more effective. Furthermore, it is obviously better to have a physical button that you can press in order to operate it than having touch function. Definitely regret the purchase, should have gone for a better quality product and companies who have been in business for a longer period of time. I've sent emails to the company and have not heard back.
