Would it be possible to have this made to order? Would it be okay if I used 15 1/4 inches as the depth?

There is only one style of box liner available for sale. It is not possible to customize orders with us. Thank you for your understanding.

Do I need to complete the duct work before I install cabinets or after? I ordered this part and I have a Broan P390, do I need to complete it before ?

Following the installation of our cabinets, the actual fan and lining were installed. To do the duct work, it is usually possible to access the cabinet. Cabinets are the next step if they do not exist, then the lines, the fans, and then the ductwork.

I would like to know which liner to buy if the inside distance of my hood is 34 1/2 x 20 1/2. ?

If you need one made to fit your specifications, we cannot provide one that matches your measurements. Maybe you can have one made to fit your needs.

How well does the 36" liner (18" deep cabinets) fit ?

While I have no idea what a BR500 is, if you meant PM500SS, then yes, it will work with the PM500SS as well.

Put a check in This has been a good product in the past I have used it for a number of kitchen projects and it works well it is much cheaper than wholesale hardware companies that I have used in the past

A $20 discount on the same item can be found on Amazon. However, on this last kitchen, there was a box that looked great, but the liner was curled all over. Despite the fact that the box looked fine, I ordered the hood 2 months ahead of when I needed it. I should have opened the box to check the product before I needed it, but now it is too late to return it, I suggest you check the box once it arrives. The second one will have to be purchased now.

The placement of the JSI overhead cabinet is a bit unusual, as it has a much larger area, so it needs to be spaced out about 3/4 inch around the perimeter.

These were purchased so that I could install the Broan vents. I like how it looks and the fact that it requires four screws for installation. I was able to create a custom vent hood with it.

Replacing old parts with new ones that are more suitable

So we decided to go with this and a Broan fan because we didn't want to spend $550 for a new one that would fit perfectly.

My mind, however, went elsewhere. The news is not as interesting as it used to be. The painting that I thought was stainless is actually However, the paint on the Broan PM390 matches what I knew about it.
