A new motor was sent to me after I called customer service and after speaking with them over the phone I completed the replacement with no problem. Now the machine works as it should. The 5 isn't worth it because it shouldn't have broken in the first place, but the 4 is because they fixed the problem in a timely manner I did not pay a charge when it was out of warranty because they worked actively on it.

My cabinets above the stove do not get wet from condensation, so the kitchen stays neat and clean. It has been a true pleasure to use. I have never experienced any problems. I highly recommend it.

Almost all of the installation details on the new unit were the same, so installing it was so straightforward.
