Questions & Answers
Not sure. But, based on what I've seen in other small garages, it should be fine.
The answer is on the instruction sheet, but I don't recall it. It wasn't a particularly difficult task.
It isn't frost-free, to be sure.

Warning. It's depicted in the kitchen cabinets as a picture. That is exactly what I intended to do. However, I had only recently unpacked it and was reading through the manual. "Free standing installation only" is printed on the back of the freezer. It should also not be recessed or built in, according to page 4 of the user manual. It necessitates a 4-inch clearance on all sides and the top. I was ecstatic, but now I'm heartbroken! If it can't fit in a cabinet, there's no way I can fit it in my tiny kitchen. My renovation will need to be redone. That one image is extremely deceptive and should be taken down! The top is made of a low-cost material. And there was an extra piece in the bag with the handle that I'm not sure what to do with. I don't have any other thoughts because I haven't yet plugged it in.
We wanted to purchase a small freezer so that we could stock up on food and avoid having to go to the store or order groceries as frequently. We mostly use it for meat and frozen vegetables, with the occasional pizza thrown in for good measure. Because we live in a small apartment with a small kitchen, we tucked it into the corner of our living room. There's a lot of silence here. When the compressor (?) is turned on, it makes a light, brief sound. I'm not sure what it's called) comes on and you can hear it running, but it's very quiet even then, and we don't even notice it now. What a great way to package things! It does exactly what it says it will, and we are very pleased with our purchase overall.
The freezer itself is lovely and of good quality, in my opinion. The only criticism I have is the packaging, which was a complete disaster. Because it was so poorly wrapped and the box was so beat up, I was concerned that the freezer would not work at all.
We bought this to help with our overabundance of meats, and it's fantastic; it works perfectly.
A good small freezer for the money. In the bottom and on the racks, the coils are open. Food and coils were separated using a folded aluminum pie tin. They're wrapped in plastic, but they're not going to stick to anything.
Very good.
I bought it to increase the amount of space available for meat storage in the coming months. It wasn't nearly as big as it appeared on my computer. But it'll have to suffice.
I only wish I had purchased one that was a little bigger. I miscalculated the size, and I wish it had a light to indicate that it was turned on.
