Is it possible to store a freezer outside in the cold?

Yes, it's possible to be cold outside. I'd keep it in the garage, though. At the very least, they'll be safe.

In the back of my Toyota Tacoma, I have a 100w 120v plug. Is that enough to keep this chest powered up?

When mine was running, I took measurements. I only saw a maximum amperage of 0. 77A. My receptacle had a voltage of 123 volts. That's a power output of 95 watts. The inrush current, however, was too fast for my equipment to record. So, IF you don't have any other load on your outlet and your circuit protection is time-delay (rather than instantaneous), MAYBE it will work. If it were up to me, I'd look for something that didn't necessitate as much energy.

Ours was undamaged when it arrived

Several customers reported that the freezer was dented when they received it. Ours was in good working order when we received it. We've been using it for about a week (as of September 2, 2020) and it's been fine so far; our refrigerator broke down, and we're waiting for a replacement because of the pandemic. As a result, we've been able to keep the food in the freezer compartment from spoiling while we wait for our new fridge.

It only took 20 minutes to make ice! I'd pass on the ice cream, though, because it will solidify. This is an excellent appliance.
