I placed my order the day before it went on sale. It was shipped the same day it was in stock by the seller, and I received the 5 cu ft freezer ahead of schedule! I followed the instructions to the letter. Before plugging in, I let the freezer sit for 24 hours to allow everything to settle from the transport. While it was set to 4, I plugged into the wall. I raised the temperature to 5 degrees after 24 hours. I paid $7 for a "Rubbermaid Refrigerator/Freezer Thermometer. " 19 and then put in the freezer It was about 3 degrees on the 5 setting, so I changed it to 6 and got @- Everything worked perfectly after I put my food in. It all boils down to this: 1°C with the food at a temperature of 6°C. Also, it's so quiet that I have to get up and double-check that it's still powered up and the compressor is running. I highly recommend this seller and this stand-alone freezer, to the point where I just placed an order for a third one. For my mother, I've set aside 5 cubic feet. This is ideal for storing extra frozen food in the event of an emergency, such as a pandemic. I put it in the garage and plan to keep it there indefinitely.

The garage is the perfect size. We had to move the books to the shelves, but that's fine. Because it's so hot outside, it's running a lot more. There's no one around. It gets stuck in the ice. I reduced the number to three. It is pleasing to our eyes. Although there were not three white wire baskets as advertised, the price was fair, and I immediately notified Amazon. They made an offer of $60. 00 off the price, or else they'd contact the Chinese seller. The baskets are exactly what I'm looking for. Waiting is still going on. br>br>8/22/2020 Thank you for your suggestion; however, that product (white wire baskets) is currently unavailable and there is no estimate on when it will become available. The $60 has yet to arrive. If there was a misunderstanding, it's possible that my second email was unclear. My rating will remain unchanged until I receive the $60. Hopefully, the baskets will be available in the near future.

When everything was shut down due to Covid 19, I bought this. Although I was unable to locate any, Amazon stepped in. It was delivered in excellent condition in about two weeks. From April to September, it has performed admirably. So far, everything has gone well.

When the freezer arrived, there was a minor cosmetic issue with it, but Northair quickly fixed it. Communication was excellent, and action was taken promptly. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat. Northair, I appreciate it.
