The freezer had a ding on it when it arrived.
With two racks, this is a great small freezer. It appears to be as described and functions properly. It is simple to use; simply plug it in and you are ready to go. I liked it so much that I purchased a second one for a family member who was very pleased with its performance.
(It's only been two months since I got it), the gasket failed and water leaked everywhere, rendering the freezer useless. I've lost a lot of weight and am not pleased with myself. Purchase from a different brand or seller.
How loud do you want it to be? For me, the silence is adequate. It was a little smaller than I expected, but it fits in the space it was designed for and holds enough food for me. Maybe because it's full of food, I haven't had any I e accumulation. It quickly and thoroughly freezes food.

I can't post on Amazon's vendor page because they won't let me. But that's a different story altogether! Trust the reviews after you've used the item, not when you first got it!.
This was purchased for our RV so that we could store more frozen foods. It's very quiet (it's in our bedroom closet), small enough to fit, and big enough to hold a lot of stuff. Excellent purchase.
This freezer only lasted about two years before it broke down. There was no online documentation to help me figure out what was wrong, so I looked for tech support and found an email address that ended in gmail. If the manufacturer were a local company, I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
