ZLINE 30" 4.0 cu. ft. Dual Fuel Range with Gas Stove and Electric Oven With Color Option (RA30) (Black Matte)

A 30 inch dual fuel stove and matching dishwasher are on their way to me. There was an audible popping sound the instant we plugged the stove in. When the plug was plugged into the wall, we found the convection fans had burned out. A call to the customer service number provided did not result in an answer. The emails I sent were never replied to. I found out about Zline's products through a friend who works for a store that sells it. The friend put me in touch with a representative. Her manner was very nice and she seemed to be very Within five days, I was told I would receive a call from a repair shop. My initial contact was about seven days ago, and I received a package with what I believe to be replacement parts in it. Now it has been two weeks since my last update. Zline has not contacted us for support and I am not able to reach them in any other way. This is very unfortunate since I really like the stove and feel it is of high quality. Although it is important to have a quality product, the service behind it makes it extraordinary.

I like how it looks and how it is a good price. One of the problems I have is you cannot simmer on a burner. You'll need to use the smallest burner on the lowest setting to get a rolling boil. When the oven is cooling down, a loud pop can be heard. The oddest thing ever. When the oven door is open, be sure the straps are installed to prevent it from tipping forward. My pins bent during installation of the red door, so I had to have someone else install it.

Honestly, I am in love with That's a beautiful picture. As of May 2021, Zline has fixed all production issues that they had with the first stoves. Having received a brand new replacement stove from them, I would say their customer service is high quality The original review is as follows As a result of my move, I lost my gas range. used to have a GE Profile dual fuel stove, and I really liked the simmer burner on it. Furthermore, there was also a very high burner, but I rarely used that, so my main concern was that the burners would go very low, and that is exactly what happened! This review was so thrilling to me that I had to write it. The love of cooking has always been a passion for me. In this case, I did it myself and it was extremely easy to convert the range to propane. While I have questionable strength, the tools I mentioned below allowed me to complete the task very easily. If you see it and buy it, here is the link The gadget I bought for my 7mm socket bit is as follows This was due to the fact that the socket wrench could not fit. The burner conversion was completed in a matter of seconds, which was followed by another few seconds to turn around the regulator. Here are a few things to be aware of The drawer at the bottom does not work and there is no clock. I still am trying to locate a timer on Amazon since I miss the timer function. This oven has a very heavy grates that will last a lifetime. There's a bright light inside the door and you can view the food perfectly. There is no guesswork involved in determining whether it is The shelves of the oven are very sturdy and have attachments to ensure they do not tip.
It is a manual clean oven, so I will miss it, but I always was concerned that it would shorten the life of the range by going at 500 degrees for 3 hours.

I am very pleased As far as customer service is concerned, it has also been very good so far. This is the first range that I've purchased. In my photos, I depicted the largest burner on low heat, and the smallest burner on low heat, high heat, and low heat - both on simmer A medium-sized business.

The quality is poor. There is a problem with the service! Ten months after it was installed, the oven broke! I have yet to receive the parts (three ZLINE is not a good investment.

The original rating intended on this unit was a 4. We were inclined to rate it slightly higher after the breakdown. We gave it 5 stars, but were disappointed by the fact that the range grills can scratch black stainless finish when we replaced them after cleaning them. br>ZLINE uses a third-party company, Onpoint Warranty Solutions, and they are terrible. The range, which we bought at the local Lowe's store in Bullhead City, is located in Kingman, Arizona. Those people at the warranty company have jerked us around alleging I can't find a certified service technician for my I had to contact the first company that offered to help, only to find out he lives over an hour away in Henderson NV, and that he doesn't have insurance in place because of Onpoint then tells them that a local company has been found two weeks later. The handyman is going to work on my gas range, as it turns out. In talking to Noah, he told me he is a welder who constructs gates and does not really work with After 4 months, I call ZLINE and they tell me they will no longer honor the warranty because I refused the previous service providers. Onpoint did not share the emails that were sent back and forth between us discussing the lack of knowledge/certifications, and insurance for the people they wanted.
