My husband preferred that it be 220v, so we bought that one. In place of the 220v power supply, this one is 110v. Although it is more expensive than 110V, I think it is still worth it. We chose Amazon because the 220v was no longer available on the other sites at the time we bought ours.

My contact with customer support has been unsuccessful several times. I eventually gave up because customer support with this company is nothing short of ridiculous. I was told to get the problem resolved by lifting up an oven that weighs over 500 pounds (I'm sure) to check an oddity underneath. I was given the runaround MANY MANY times. Later, the customer support department told me to check different things on the inside. I ended up giving up because this company doesn't provide exceptional customer service. I didn't hear back from my call for almost 2 weeks after I placed it. When I eventually got a call back, the man told me I have had this oven for less than a year and I have been dealing with a headache since The link to their Amazon page is broken, so you cannot even contact them there. It cost almost $2000 to buy this oven. My next step will be to escalate the situation. There is something wrong with my oven! I bought a defective oven! This is wrong! This is wrong! Something else should be purchased. The entire thing is As has happened to many other customers, Amazon should cease selling this product, as it arrived with a broken door. It arrived due entirely to poor packaging and should no longer be sold. Padding is simply not available in the box, and there is none at all on the corners, where it should be. For hinges and a handle, the door is a sheet of glass with metal strips on it. Originally, there were two broken doors. The corner of the glass hit the bottom of the box, causing another break. Due to the fact that the rest of the oven appeared to be intact, we agreed to let Empava replace only I was very pleased with how quickly they responded and how nice they were After the new door was delivered, we unboxed the rest of the oven to install it, and found there was a broken corner on the lower back corner of the metal frame. The box was sealed BEFORE the item was placed inside of it. My husband found out that the whole frame had warped when he lifted this up on the front edge to look at the back corner. Flimsy and flimsy all the way. After that, he tried to install the oven by hooking up the wiring. Someone has cut and pasted parts of other Home Depot products' manuals to use for this oven, and there are no diagrams in the manual. He discovered however that the wiring on the oven was not covered when he took a good look at it. Several bare wires were sticking out of the back of the oven, with no connectors of any kind. In addition to the great finish and look of this stove, the product is incredibly convenient and useful when it is in use. The value of this would be enhanced if it worked reliably. The first thing I did was order two One of the first ones had a hole in the bottom of the box and a dent in the oven. It was free to return this one, as well as shipping was free. Despite its size, the second one had a hole in one side of it and looked as if a forklift had hit it and dented it. In order to return this one, they are not willing to cover the shipping costs. Shipping cost is $175. It worked great when I used it to cook all of our Thanksgiving food, and I am looking forward to using it in the future. The Convection Broil is very fast and works well at cooking food.
This oven is perfect for a small apartment or under a counter. I like the way it looks and how it works.
The oven I have been using has been working well for us, I use it to cook pretty much everything we eat. In spite of how much we enjoy those fancy ovens, this kind of oven works better for our apartment because we have reached the age of 70.
The drawer took an extra week to arrive and, when it was finally delivered, had a dent in the bottom that made it impossible for the drawer to open until it had been repaired. I am pleased with the performance of my range and stove so far, and the installation was relatively straightforward. Equipment itself was good, but delivery of and handling of it were a huge hassle. It seems that the oven is not working after all (has never done so for more than 15 minutes at a time). The heat won't last. It has finally been determined what the problem is, but the part has yet to be delivered and the window for returning it has passed. Rather than being angry at Amazon, I'm furious with both the manufacturer and Amazon.
