Because our sink was not exactly the same size as the attachment we were given with the dishwasher, we had to buy two different connectors just to get it to work. solved and we were able to start it, the dishwasher sent dirty water out of the drain pipe. The part that came with it for connecting the drainage port to the pipe wasn't watertight, which meant that we had to buy an entirely new part. The company is in the process of sending a replacement part.
