My first unit performed admirably for the first few days before beginning to leak water from the bottom and displaying the error code E1. I attempted to contact Farberware regarding the dishwasher, but they had never heard of it and were perplexed. More online research led to a branding website boasting about how they came up with the licensed farberware name in just 14 days. For a variety of other complaints, the BBB has given Edge Consumer Brands an F rating. This unit should be avoided at all costs. Nobody wants to take responsibility, and no one will honor any warranty that is legally required. Although this machine appears to be in good condition, it has been discontinued by Farberware and other consumer brands. Buyer beware if there are no parts or service.

Also, the tank is fantastic. This dishwasher is perfect for my needs. Because my kitchen is set up in such a way that getting the dishwasher close enough to the sink to hook it up is difficult, I appreciate the fact that it has a tank. I leave it on my kitchen table to drain into a stock pot on a chair. The only issue is that I can't fill up the tank quickly because the water splashes all over the place if I try to do so. However, I'm guessing it takes a lot less time than carrying it over to the sink and connecting it. The tank must be filled three times with a one-gallon bucket. A pitcher with an 8-liter capacity. I was initially perplexed as to why it didn't include a larger pitcher that could be filled only once. A large pitcher, on the other hand, would be considerably more substantial. Some people, especially the elderly, would find it too heavy. Because it isn't connected to it, I can use my kitchen sink while it is running. I can also use it in conjunction with the washing machine or the shower. The window is appealing to me. br>br>In most cases, the dishwasher cleans up nicely. I once had a problem, but it turned out to be due to a large pot lid blocking some of the other dishes. Dishes can occasionally come out a little dirty, but that's not a big deal to me; the normal setting leaves some spots on glass items, but that's not a big deal to me. I've never used the glass setting before, and I'm not sure I ever will because it's not something I require. As a result, I'm not sure how effective that is. br>br>While there is no basket, the silverware rack appears to securely hold small objects. On top of the rack, I placed the little pieces from my Instant Pot, as well as the small cup-shaped "anti-slip" mat. I put a "block shield" over the tiniest rubbery piece to keep it from falling out. br>br>I'm not sure if the drying feature works. I usually run the dishwasher before leaving the house and return to it several hours later, so the dishes are usually quite wet. I did just wash one large mixing bowl by itself and dried it right away. So I'm not sure if it stays wet due to things like inverted mug bottoms collecting water or if the dishes are initially dry but then become wet again due to condensation if they sit too long. It's not a problem for me because I unload the dishes onto my drying rack and then store them after they air dry. A full load of laundry fits easily into a drying rack. br>br>The dishwasher was well-packaged and arrived in good working order. (I load trucks for FedEx and am familiar with the processes that packages go through, so I can appreciate the packaging quality, haha. ) )br>br>This last point isn't directly related to this product, but it is significant to me. My mental health has greatly improved since I've had this dishwasher for a few months. I despise doing dishes and am always physically exhausted from my job. My kitchen has always been engulfed in an abundance of dirty dishes, preventing me from using the space and preventing me from cooking with clean dishes. I can keep up with the dishes now that I have a dishwasher. I only do dishes for myself, and I find that because it holds so little, I can keep up by running it once a day. (This is good because it means I don't have to deal with dried-on food because the dishes are washed the same day they are dirty. ) ) I've found that if I have the dishwasher to do the small stuff, I can wash a few pots and pans by hand (they won't fit in the washer). I'm able to eat better quality food and eat more frequently thanks to the dishwasher and my recent Instant Pot purchase. For the first time in a long time, I'm also enjoying cooking, which has been extremely beneficial to my depression.

We had the dishwasher for about three months, and it was great until an E4 error appeared one day, which we couldn't fix. No problem, I reasoned, because this was a product for my company, and I assumed we had a one-year warranty. If something goes wrong, there is a one-year warranty. When I called the number listed in the manual, I was told that it was only for microwaves and that I should contact Amazon instead. When I contacted Amazon, I was told that I could request a replacement, which was fantastic - I've always had positive experiences with Amazon's customer service, which is why I use them for my company. It turned out there was nothing they could do when they went to process the replacement. They couldn't even point me in the direction of who I should contact if I needed to file a warranty claim. I'm extremely dissatisfied with Amazon and the fact that this product comes with a warranty that appears to be worthless.

I went on a wild goose chase to contact this company after it broke 9 months later, as the owner's manual and website contact phone numbers were outdated and no longer in service, until I figured out how to contact the warranty department. My new dishwasher is supposed to arrive today!.

  The most difficult part of using this machine is pouring water through the top without missing the mark, which isn't difficult for the record. br>br>Detergent: You can pour powder or liquid detergent into a small indentation in the door. When you close the door, it simply dumps into the main chamber, so it effectively functions as a built-in measuring cup. The manual permits the use of PODS, but not of RINSE AIDE. br>br>Noise: this machine is actually incredibly quiet. I've heard a lot of loud dishwashers, but this one is very quiet. From the other room, I can hear it running, but it's pleasantly quiet and unnoticeable, just like most decent, modern full-size machines. br>br>Effectiveness of cleaning: It meets my expectations. I had a cup that had been left out too long and had some syrup from evaporated soda pop stuck to the bottom, which I quickly cleaned out. My cat's raw meat food came out clean in a small stainless steel pet food bowl, which surprised me because it usually has a few speckles of dried up gunk that are difficult to clean out. Random thoughts: br>br> br>br>The drain house measures 60 inches in length, with the optional water hookup measuring about the same. br>br>Manual is simple to read, with broken English kept to a bare minimum while occasionally making you laugh.
