During the exchange process, I was treated very well, though I understand the fact that sometimes QC has problems or things slip by. There is also a leak around the door seal, but it is about 1/2 cup to 1 cup of water. Possibly due to a combination of the hot water swelling the seals, as well as water tension keeping it from leaking any With a bit of fiddling with the seals and putting it through a couple of cycles, I am convinced that I have kicked the problem. The reviewer feels this is not a bad product, with the manufacturer making good on the exchange in a relatively four stars are a result of the fact that if a customer returns an item for replacement, I make sure that before it leaves my doors, the replacement item is in prime condition without a scratch on Nevertheless, the product deserves a 4 out of 5 star rating.

Due to the shape of the soap dispenser, the space available for larger items cannot be used for them. The dreadful documentation does not mention if you should not use pods or maybe gel, or whether you should have a clear door on the dispenser. A request for details on powder and gel soap was not responded to by email Due to an overload of the customer service phone line (which tells you something), we used e-mail to contact customer service. This item is being returned so that we can spend more money on something more useful. A portable dishwasher would be a nice invention if companies could get their act together and create them.

It cleans very well, but does not dry very well. AFTER drying by hand or leaving the door open for 24 hours, the door must be closed again. The model I had on my counter top worked better than this one.

This tiny thing is almost impossible to see. Okay when it comes to cleaning. The dishes will get cleaner if you wash them before you wash them. My hose empties onto the floor no matter how hard I try to drain it. I wish I had not purchased this.

A family of two would be hard pressed to live in this space. There is a leak in the water hose. Danby wasn't able to help me after I called. Please be careful when buying.

The contractor installed the dishwasher under the counter, and installed the plumbing for it. . . it's a really nice 18" wide dishwasher, perfect for a small kitchen, and just the other 5 things are wonderful as well. I received exactly what I expected . . . the full size washer has all the features and functions I expected.

We have been able to save a lot of money since getting this dishwasher. I expected the outside of the unit to be damaged but it was damaged when I received it due to how heavy it was. Once the hoses were plugged in and disconnected, it worked perfectly without leaks, and it did its job well.
