As a general rule, the models I researched had little bubbles rather than actual buttons, which I hate, as the bubble's plastic wears away with use and the user is left with just bare plastic when it wears away. Considering that this machine has real buttons, it must be very solid and responsive, and I am not expecting any problems. It's odd that one thing seems out of place. In spite of the fact that the operating times on the machine readout are accurate, they are very, very much longer than the operating Using the manual, for example, a load of clothes on normal wash should take 110 minutes to run however, when the cycle is actually selected, the machine reports a runtime of 150 minutes. Normally this isn't a problem for me, but it makes things a bit complicated when I try to start a load just before going to bed. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase. This product has been purchased I found it to be a good solution for about a year. A few days later, it ceased to function This machine no longer pumps water through the arm, dishes don't get washed, and it cycles for hours. The warranty period for this machine is one year. Clearly, this is the case. A temporary machine has been provided. I spoke to Crystal, their support person. There is tentative consensus that it is an issue with the water valve, and the fix is to replace it.

They sent me one for $55. Its instructions were missing, along with a number of small pieces required for a complete installation. A further call to support was made. The new part was installed. EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM REPERCUSSED. ***Crystal has offered to send me different parts to test in order to replace this part. I WILL PAY AT MY OWN It would be cheaper if I brought the machine into their warehouse to have it repaired on-site. However, I would have to pay the cost for all new parts and A scenario that goes wrong will not be attempted to be fixed. Attempts to assist were not made. There is no care at all. I would advise you to stay away from this company. MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BRAND AND THAT THEY HAVE A GOOD WARRANTY.

I have owned this dishwasher for more than a year (I purchased it in August 2016), and I absolutely This works great on my counter and fits perfectly on my shelf. In addition to running it several times a week, I also swim at this pool. The everyday setting is great when you've got lots of glassware from a get-together, and the party setting is nice when you've got a whole lot of glasses to wash It is important to wash together. It comes with a silverware basket that's removable, so it's perfect for washing bowls, plates, and mugs/glasses as well. Prospective buyers should be aware of the following warnings 1) This thing weighs a lot. You might want to enlist a friend if you don't normally want to move heavy objects. I managed to get it all the way through my house and into my kitchen, but I'm not used to lifting such things. 1) MEASURE THE SPACE where you want the dishwasher to go. No doubt that it is heavy, but it is also surprisingly large. Please ensure that you have the space to fit this chunky little number before you purchase. 3) Dishwasher pods often work best when used in conjunction with another rinse agent, such as Finish. Compared with the in-house system, I found them more reliable and easier to use A stray fork or knife can sometimes block the little spring-loaded door on the powder dispenser, causing it to get stuck if the silverware basket is full. It has been my experience that both Finish and store-bought pods work A similar amount of success has been experienced by other brands (Kroger). There's a small indicator on the unit that tells you when you are running low on rinse agent, too.

4) Make sure you clean the little baskets at the bottom after every load, especially if you do not prewash. Fan of the rinse process. *5) I recommend that you open the cabinet door so as to allow dishes to dry more effectively and to empty it at the end of the drying process. It is a dishwasher I would recommend to anyone who doesn't have a built-in and who has an available space near their sink, but needs a dishwasher for one or two people.

Our expectations were exceeded and overall it was a very good experience! This has been a great experience by and large, but we had a hiccup halfway. The system worked just fine until about 11 PM. It had been 5 months since the pump had broken and at first the support was terrible and danced around the issue. A week later I called again with a different approach and he somehow knew the problem. When the machine was in cycle, it would turn on, but no water would swoosh through it. We would have given this product 5 stars if the customer support had been readily available from the beginning. Well, I received the pump today and I was able to install it myself without any problems. a lot, sometimes twice a day, and it has been a dream come true for us here in Manhattan where dishwashers (unlike anywhere else in the U. S. for which you pay a premium price. The original setup we had had a mini refrigerator and kitchenette but we got rid of the mini fridge and bought this dishwasher as well as a nice rolling platform to mount it on. This extends the kitchen through our living room into the dining A solution can be found if you have the will and we had the will not to wash our dishes so we figured out how It is recommended for anyone who hates doing dishes and can't find enough space for a dishwasher.
