Hello, the main distinction is the type of material used on the surface. The stainless steel surface on the 37N is made of stainless steel. Ceramic glass is used in the 48N.
304 stainless steel is used in the construction. A cover, such as a plastic sheet, will be required for outdoor use. Rain/water can still leak into the control knob area or around the countertop cutout gap, despite the fact that this is a sealed burner model.

It gets the job done. Various brand names are used to sell this item. It came rigged for natural gas but included the jets needed for propane, so I've got it hooked up to a disposable propane bottle (had to buy some adapters) and it's working fine. Installing the jets was a breeze. I did have a tech support question about the jets, which is fine, but it was through this that I discovered the seller has no tech support expertise. Though they were nice and put me in touch with the manufacturer for support, I'm not sure what value the seller adds when they can't provide tech support or some other tangible value that justifies the "middleman" cost increase. Following that, I discovered this stove on Amazon under a number of different brand names. When a company puts their brand name on a product that they didn't make and then sells it, it usually raises red flags for me, but I would recommend the stove.
At 9 p. m. on a Friday, I spoke with a tech representative who promptly answered all of my questions. To convert to LPG, simply use the included nozzles. LPG nozzle with a large opening (0. 93) would not light the large burner in all ports, so it was replaced with a small NG nozzle (1. 0). Everything is in order. Standard 1/2" tapered NPT to 1/2" flare (four dollars at any HW store) is required for the main gas connection. I'm not sure why other buyers were having issues with their internet connections.
The cooktop has a nice, clean look to it, and it works well. The thing I don't like about it is that you can't use a medium skillet on one burner and a small pan on the other.
Loved it! Great product! I really like how it's made of stainless steel, which means it won't rust. It's also simple to operate and maintain.
It's also a pain in the neck to adjust the flame's low point. Aside from that, the stove was installed just over two months ago and is in perfect working order.
Strong and of excellent quality. The flame is both powerful and graceful. It's perfect for my outdoor kitchen.
THIS IS A FANTASTIC SMALL STOVE. EVERY DAY, I COOK ON IT. CLEANLINESS IS EASY TO MAINTAIN.
