Hello, this is how every electric ceramic stove works. It will not always be red, and it will turn red every now and then. The product is in good working order and there are no issues. Please don't touch it with your hands because it's extremely hot.

Isn't the red light on the electric stove always on?

Only when the knobs are turned above zero does it turn red. br>Includes blinking lights that indicate which burner is still on. br>I've had it since September 2021, and it's been great so far.

Is it possible to use it outside, and if so, how can it be secured so that it does not move?

I have mine mounted in a table and use it outside.

Is it possible to use a four-wire 220v dryer plug?

If I'm lucky, I'll be able to help you out. It appears that this is one of my flaws.

220 volts is hard wired

This unit appears to be well-made, but it came with open wires (no plug) at the end of the cable. It appears that it is "hard wired" into the 220 volt system. Unfortunately, this isn't going to work for my application, so I'll have to return it. Because I didn't see any of this information in the description, I've attached the wiring diagram from the instruction manual.

I use this for my hotspot party with my family because I can have spicy and non-spicy sides! It's also perfect and quick! It can also be used for outdoor cooking with children's parties, where you can grill with a nonstick pan on top for them. My husband is a seafood expert, so two sides are ideal for my family! Also, instead of using my stove, I use this because it is much easier to clean than my gas stove!.
