It is capable of accepting other brands.
Yes! It's suitable for use in a typical home setting. Not in a camper or a tent with a limited amount of space.
I'm not sure what I'm saying. It comes with a battery-operated lighter.
It's difficult to keep a pan that small on the stovetop at all times. I was making cream of wheat in a small pot when I turned to add the butter and it slid down before I could get to it.

This stove is almost identical to the Ecopremium EPR- This is an EPR-certified stove. A is a product intended for export to the Americas. Having said that, this stove does not have the same high-end construction quality as the EPR-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 1. I already have a stove that I've been using for a long time. I should also mention that I received an item that had been previously used or returned. The outer box had been taped back together, the case had cracked, and the stove inside had signs of use, such as a bent canister door. The knob did not turn as smoothly as the domestic version in Japan. The latch that keeps the canister door shut is superfluous and unnecessary. This item was sent back to me.
Brilliant product that maintains a consistent temperature, is easy to clean, is well-made in Japan, and is also stylish. br>Be aware that the unit produces a lot of heat, so be careful how high you turn the burner or your food will burn or overflow. Butane is significantly hotter than propane or LP gas. br>I use a butane cartridge made in Korea; The cartridges fit perfectly and provide the same level of safety as the stove's original cartridges.
This is something I picked up in case of a power outage during a storm (which happens a lot in Texas). It had just arrived, and I had just finished setting it up, and it is a very cool little stove. It's incredibly simple to set up, works instantly, has a low burner seating (which is one of the reasons I chose it), adjustable heat that's simple to control and should work for everything from a high flame to a low simmer, and it's attractive and low profile, so it looks nice on the kitchen counter. br>br>I was expecting it to be a little heavier and more solidly constructed, but it is quite light. However, if you're going on a road trip, the lighter weight would be preferable. I am pleased with my purchase. br>br> I would buy it again. (I also feel a lot safer in an all-electric home when a storm is approaching - If the power goes out, I'll still be able to cook and boil water, and the stove is simple to store when not in use while still looking nice on the counter.
My purchase has made me extremely happy. This stove is extremely well constructed. It also came with a carrying case, which I was surprised to see.
I have no idea how I survived without it before.
I like to deep fry fish outside on this burner because the nonstick drip pan makes wiping up the oil and cleaning up a breeze. I also like how the burner head isn't in the middle, which allows me to use a larger pan than I could with my previous model. In general, I'm very pleased with my purchase!.
It's great because it's simple to use and has a huge flame. I was using a portable electric burner, but the food never seemed to cook properly. Dal and lentils are two of my favorites. Overall, this is a high-quality product.
Nice simple design, good quality; however, the box appears to be made in China rather than Japan.
