When it's set to 3, the temperature is low, so it apks a little, and when it starts to enfriar, it takes a while to come back up to temperature. When it's set to 9, it doesn't apk, which is normal.

This is an excellent cooktop. My only remark is that it appears to be 110 volts but is actually 220 volts. As a result, you'll need to know that during installation, green is common and the other two wires are hot.

end product: very difficult to color wire, and it takes a long time to heat up. Frying is impossible due to insufficient heat. Overall, it is a waste of money and not worth purchasing.

There was a problem with the stove when I got it and had it installed, but the customer service was excellent

The burners would turn on, but then turn off, leaving nothing to heat up. When I contacted customer service, Cindy Cao, the representative, was extremely helpful. After I answered her questions about the stove, they immediately sent me a replacement. The new one works fine, and the company (IsEasy) goes out of its way to help you if you have a problem. I'll pass their information on to my family and friends.
